At A1 Fitness, we train with intention, precision, and progression. Our program is built around the body’s strongest engines, the glutes and legs, to unlock a total body transformation and long term results. By training these major muscle groups, we generate maximum energy output, accelerating fat loss, building lean muscle, and creating strength that carries over into real world movement and performance.
Instead of chasing exhaustion, we train smarter through CPC (Controlled Pace Cardio) and IIT (Incremental Intensity Training) two systems that build stamina, power, and control. Our lower body training develops strength through intentional resistance, while our boxing/T.R.E.D rounds refine rhythm, balance, and explosive coordination. The result is better metabolic function, lower injury risk, and power that starts from the ground up, flowing through every stride, lift, and punch.
Rounds 1,3,5
(Depending on your start)
In these rounds the focus will be on lifting weights as heavy as YOU can for a certain amount of reps.
ex. Squats, Deadlifts, Chest Press
Rounds 2,4,6
(Depending on your start)
These rounds will focus on Controlled Paced Cardio and you get the choice of using the treadmill or punching the heavy bag.
ex. The Treadmill and Heavy Bag will both be controlled by the instructor
Rest between reps and exercises during heavy weight lifting is vital for replenishing energy, maintaining strength and power and preventing injury. Properly timed rest periods enable you to lift heavier, train more effectively, and achieve better long term results.
A1 uses Controlled Pace Cardio (CPC) to train the body and mind to stay powerful and under control. CPC involves maintaining a consistent, moderate intensity over time, the zone where rhythm, breath, and form align. It’s the foundation for conditioning in boxing, strength, and recovery.
A1 coaches guide you through a structured process of Incremental Intensity Training (IIT) — a method that focuses on small, consistent increases in resistance, speed, or effort to guarantee continuous progress.
At A1 Fitness, every round on the TRED is about mastering control under pressure. The treadmill is not just a cardio machine, it is your pace coach, your rhythm trainer, and your test of endurance.

Every round on the bag is more than a workout, it is a test of focus, control, and presence. The B.A.G. represents the connection between movement and mindset. Every strike, every combination, every round is a chance to sharpen your foundation and move closer to your personal greatness.
You don’t need to be an expert boxer, or even know how to box at all, to train at A1 Fitness.
Our coaches will guide you through the fundamentals throughout the week, teaching proper stance, movement, and striking form at your own pace. Then on Saturdays, our Fight Camp sessions go deeper with mitt work, combo drills, and focused footwork training to help you feel stronger, more coordinated, and more confident on the B.A.G. These sessions tie everything together, helping you move with purpose and power every time you train.
